Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct size?
We provide detailed size charts for each product. Please look for the size guide button on each product page for individual size comparisons. To find your perfect fit:
- If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit
- Take your measurements with a tape measure
- Compare your measurements to our size charts listed on each product page
Are your sizes true to standard measurements?
Our size chart is the Measurement of the body. For example, if your chest Measurement is 39 you would fit into our medium sized top.
What if my item doesn't fit?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. See our Returns & Exchanges section for more details. We can not accept returns on embroidered items.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Jaxson Maximus offers free shipping on US domestic orders over $150.
Please allow 72 hours for your order to process before shipment excluding any embroidery services. Orders placed with standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and unless otherwise specified. For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please anticipate additional time for transit and delivery. 2 Day Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Please note that due to a high volume of inbound and outbound orders during the holiday season, extended shipping timelines might occur and delivery times can change. All orders with upgraded shipping placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time of order placement for tracking information to populate.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size/ color can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 20 minutes of placement. Contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes. In the event we are unable to cancel your original request, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size or piece to ensure your size or color does not go out of stock. You'll be able to initiate a return for the incorrect piece through our return/exchange portal once your original order is received.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification to the email address associated with your order containing tracking information. If your item has yet to ship, please contact Jaxson Maximus at care@jaxsonmaximus.com for an update on your shipment status.
My item says it was delivered, but it has not arrived. What do I do?
In the event that a package said it was delivered but has not arrived we recommend waiting at least 2 extra business days. It is not uncommon for carriers to mark packages as delivered before they have been dropped off. In the event your order does not show up, reach out to Jaxson Maximus at care@jaxsonmaximus.com Our team will file a claim for the lost package and provide next steps to resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged what do I do now?
Please email care@jaxsonmaximus.com with a photo of the defect so our team can further assist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on embroidered or customized products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After your return is processed it will be returned to the original payment or used as store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@jaxsonmaximus.com
How do I start a return or exchange?
- Log into your account
- Select the order containing the item(s)
- Choose "Start Return/Exchange"
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items are clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
I purchase an item at a club or other retailer but it is the wrong size. How do I get an exchange for the correct size?
For merchandise purchased at a department store, specialty shop, pro shop, or member guest event, please contact the location where the item was received. Jaxson Maximus will not be able to return and or exchange any items purchased at a 3rd party retailer. We will only be able to return/exchange any items purchased directly from jaxsonmaximus.com or at a Jaxson Maximus location.

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store complete credit card numbers.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions are provided on the garment label and product page. General care instructions can include the following. Please be sure to check each garment for specific care instructions.
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use gentle cycle
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Iron on low heat if needed
